Residential customers with an account in good-standing with the Cooperative may enroll in our Levelized Billing Plan. Our Levelized Billing Plan is designed to help “smooth out" spikes in your electric bill during months of higher energy usage.

How it works

Your monthly cost will be calculated as an average based on your last twelve months' usage. This average is recalculated twice a year and changes will be reflected on your January and July bills.


  • All of your electric bills for the previous twelve months must have been paid by their due date, with no late fees or disconnects.
  • Your account must be in good-standing, meaning you do not have an outstanding balance.
